Lyrca shade

Four steps, no surprises
- 01
You tell me
Photos, a sketch on a napkin, or just the problem in your own words. No measurements needed yet. I will tell you honestly whether it is a job I should take.
- 02
I quote
Fixed price, itemised, materials listed by name. You see what everything costs before anything is ordered. No "we will see how it goes".
- 03
I build
You get photos as it progresses. If something changes — a wall is not where the drawing said, a material is out of stock — you hear it from me first, with options.
- 04
You get it
Finished, cleaned up, and working. If something goes wrong in the first year, I come back and fix it.
“He told me on day one the floor was going to be a problem, and he was right. Everyone else told me what I wanted to hear and then asked for more money halfway through.”
“Finished on the day he said, for the price he quoted. I have renovated three properties and that has happened exactly once.”
“The table is the best thing in our house. Two years on there is not a single joint that has moved.”
Got something that needs building?
Tell me what it is. If I am the wrong person for it, I will say so and point you at the right one.
